The prices include towels, bed linen
and taxes.
Additional costs for final cleaning
services of 20 euros.
We offer a cleaning and houesekeeping service for long term stays.
Parking lot for 10 euros per day.
PAYMENT
To make a booking you have to pay a deposit of 30% of the rental by bank transfer. We will confirm your booking
when the transfer reaches our bank.
The rest of the rental will be paid upon arrival day when you receive the keys
to the apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation we do not refund
the booking deposit.
We do not refund the rental in case of cancellation at the entrance or during the stay.
CHILDREN
Children are welcomed.
Children up to 12: 50% deduction on current rates.
Children under the age of 2 don't pay.
Cot available free of charge.
PETS
No pets preferable. Contact us if in doubt
and taxes.
